If it’s your first massage, it’s normal to feel a little unsure. Knowing what to expect can help you relax before you even arrive.
Before the Session
We’ll start with a short conversation about how you’re feeling, any pain or tension, and what you’re hoping to get from the massage. There’s no right or wrong answer—this just helps tailor the session to you.
During the Massage
You’ll undress to your comfort level and lie on the table under a sheet.
The pressure is always adjustable. You can ask for more, less, or something different at any time. This is your session.
After the Massage
Many people feel relaxed, lighter, or more aware of their body. You might also feel a little tired—that’s normal.
Drinking water and taking it easy afterward can help your body absorb the benefits.
A Simple Reminder
You don’t need to know anything or do anything special. Just show up, breathe, and let your body relax.
Your first massage doesn’t have to be perfect—it just has to feel good.
