Refund Policy

At Celestial Massages, we strive to provide each client with a relaxing, rejuvenating, and personalized experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we handle refund requests with care and fairness.

1. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

2. Refunds for Services

  • Refunds are not issued after a service has been rendered, as payment covers the therapist’s time and expertise.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your session, please share your feedback with us immediately so we can address your concerns and make adjustments for future visits.

3. Prepaid Packages or Gift Certificates

  • Prepaid sessions, packages, or gift certificates are non-refundable, but they may be transferred to another person with written notice.

  • Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise specified.

4. Late Arrivals

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure that the next client’s appointment starts on time. The full session fee will still apply.
